MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Tito Sotto III allowed former Bulacan assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez to attend the investigation on flood control projects at the House of Representatives (HOR).
Hernandez was detained at the Senate on Monday after the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee cited him in contempt for repeatedly denying his alleged casino habits.
